as usual post-family visit i feel physically and emotionally wrung out. i have recalled that some of my experiences may be described as "panic attacks" which was not very exciting to remember. i did go walking down the hill and look at the yellow fields and the trees and my dog scared a flock of geese into the sky. that was good.
